Fabrication, Characterization and analysis of Metal-Oxide-Metal based Resistive Memory Devices for Neuromorphic and Biosensor Applications. My Research work includes fabrication of nano/micro size devices using standard cleanroom based equipments using PVD/Lithography and performing physical characterizations like TEM/SEM/XRD/XRR/XPS/AFM/Operando-HAXPES and then performing electrical, reliability and synaptic behavior analysis of Ox-RRAM NVM devices using Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer system.
